As TWORK is a digital service, purchased licenses are non-refundable. However, users may request a refund if technical issues prevent them from using the service.

2. Refund Conditions

  • Users may request a refund within 14 days if the issue persists after receiving technical support.

3. Refund Process

  • If the request is deemed valid, the refund will be processed within 10 business days using the original payment method.

4. Exceptions

  • Refunds will not be issued for issues caused by user error.
